How to fix the equipment Bug?

Hello guys I still play GWX. But if i attack a convoy in 1939 there are already Destroyers with ASDIC. How can i fix this?

Why is that a bug?

Sailor Steve 07-05-13 03:10 PM

I'm not sure what you're talking about. In 1939 fully half of British destroyers already had ASDIC.

Yes but they have 1941 equipment too. And they spott me evertime when iam on the surface 15 kilometers away from them..

Gargamel 07-05-13 03:34 PM

Which equipment in particular?

SnipersHunter 07-05-13 03:41 PM

For example they have Hedgehoges..... In real they get it in 1943

Sailor Steve 07-05-13 05:38 PM

I've never seen hedgehogs with GWX in 1939 or 1940, which is as far in as I've ever played. Have you tried removing different mods to try to discover which one is actually causing your problem?

Been a while that I played, so I may be off a bit here, but check your cfg's (pertinent to the ships in question) to see if any are corrupted.

I had IX's sailing with only II Turms, missing eels, and a mess of other errors due to some corrupt CFG's a while back.

CFG and eqp files might shed light into the issue
