Problem with donor bonus mods
 

I have donated to Subsim most recently maybe 6 months ago.Anyway I went to D/L the mod "We dive at Dawn" and it would not allow me.I thought you got access to the bonus mods permanently for donating once.

Anyway is that an error or dose you assess to the bonus mods expire at certain donation levels? Not that any of this will bar me from donating in the future though I might choose a larger amount in the future.:hmm2:

I am just curious if not being able to get the bonus mod is an error or not.

Edit: I still have the "Thanks Mate" buddy with the thumbs in my notices which has been there since ~2012.

Now I further complicate things:D.

All this thinking made me realize that maybe it was back in 2011 when I last donated.This made me feel guilty in my inner soul so decided to donate again and improve my rank.After all I must use up a lot of bandwidth with my flabber mouth.:cool:

Still getting a redirect to the donation page when I click on the D/L link for both WDAD and the Narwhal mod though maybe a site error?

When did you make your new donation? It can take up to 24 hours for things to kick in. You might try posting in the Bonus Mods forum, or PMing Neal Stevens directly.

I'll try that.Its not really an emergency and I donate more to support the site than get the rewards though they are nice.I donated most recently today at around 6PM before that it was in either early 2012 or late 2011.It does show that I have the Ace of the Deep level and that it expires in two years.I also have the Ace of the Deep emblem.

Donating had been in the back of my mind for a while and the little D/L glitch brought it up so I went ahead and donated.I was not expected it to fix the glitch.I still have all my profiles options like being able to change my title and avatar.I'll just wait 24 hours and see tomorrow if the bonus mods D/L.
