Uplay not letting me login anyone had this?
 

Hey All,

Anyone had the issue where Uplay won't let you login, even though
u have the right pswd etc. I even recovered my pswd, and entered
a new one, and the game uplay still won't login. Any ideas???

I had this problem and had to go to ubisoft support. They sent me an e-mail that said I needed to uninstall uplay launcher and then make sure that all files were removed. Then reinstall the launcher. It does work. I don't remember exactly where the files that had to be removed as I have since deleted the e-mail.

Download the latest Uplay and it'll work. Had same issue. Found solution in google. ;)

Uplay doesn't even start
 

Hi guys,

I know some of you have problems with the login but has anyone had a problem with uplay not starting at all? Cuz I was nicely playing yesterday but now it won't start when I click the Icon. :/\\!! My uplay has suddenly disappeared, to add salt to the wound.

Yes. I had that problem. Open task manager and stop all uplay processes, and then try to open uplay again. That worked once or twice for me, but eventually I re-installed uplay and the game. Still if I try to start the game from SH5.exe the uplay game launcher window doesn't open.

All because of this new Uplay update.

I went through same frustration between an old and new email account, username, password and reactivation issue. Took 3 times from UBI and Uplay telephone technical help to finally get it right by fixing my account properly.:rotfl2::/\\!!

Uplay ALWAYS updated perfectly before this last update. Never had a login issue until the recent update.
