Trying Hard to make TDW patcher work - Hydro Fix- any advice?

I think I have done everything right with the patcher but when I try to apply the patch

TDW _SH5_Patches

I get this message :

File is different version than expected
Patch : Broken Hydrophone Fix
Change : 1
Reason: Bytes read does not equal bytes expected by patch
Bytes read : 7407
Bytes expected: 7507

Can anyone advise?

Hey guys, anyone else ever seen anything like this? ..... Im sure its just me doing something wrong.... but any help would be most appreciated.:hmmm:

Has your game been updated to v1.2.0?

That's a sign that you either:
- have an incompatible file (Steam version or some other version not supported or not patched to v1.2 of the game) or
- you failed to remove all previous patches before trying to enable the ones with the new version of the app

Try using the app on a stock, unmodified file.
