Ubisoft not synching my save files

I have been having a problem since I re installed Sh5 and U-play.

When ever my game auto saves (Or I save myself) The games freezes, sound end everything.

The only things I have noticed different in U-play was that my account name is USERNAME and my games will never synch.

Any insights?

Uplay ???????????????

Its because UPlay is a heep of CRAP.I can not log on at this time and it tells me if this is the first time i have logged on,to log on on line I have been playing the bloody game since it came out
