SMS SCHLESWIG-HOLSTEIN REFUSES TO APPEAR

So far I have not found any reported problem for SCH-HOLST, however I face two problems:

The ship extractred from "GWX 3 Wilhemshafen,St Naz,Schluese and xtra ships V7" refuses to appear in single missions, however the start date is set.

The ship from the individual download link, can't be locked from periscope and it also refuses to start moving!

Do you have any ideas?
