Not sure where to start.
 

:wah::wah:I recently purchased a computer that I could run SH5 on. The problem is that I had attempted to install it on my old system and it wasn't compatible. I uninstalled and when I went to install it on the new system it wouldn't let me do it. It said the entry code was linked to the old log-in name. I had forgotten it since then. Therein lies the problem, how do I, or can I reset it to run on this machine?

You do not need the key anymore - just ensure that you enter your username and password into the uplay launcher and you will be good to go:up:
