SH5 & Steam; Uplay account
 

Hi all,
Just finished setting up my new build system this morning. Win 7 64bit. Anyway, I got over excited and went and bought the 'Silent Hunter Package' on Steam.:oops::/\\!! Then it suddenly dawned on me that the game is crap without modding it, and Steam make it impossible to mod the SH5.exe. However, I had to create an account on UPlay to be able to play it, which got me thinking; I wonder if Steam have relaxed their stupid security system and changed to the Uplay protection system instead? Or has creating a Uplay account always been the case with the steam version.:hmm2: Help.:subsim:

I have the disk version of the game, I never do down loads. The Ubiplay account even as a disk is a must...Or the game will not play..
