Worms Revolution free on Steam!
Seriously, grab this one while it's hot. Big fun. Love the additions such as puddles of dynamic water around the map. It seems to be a bit better balanced than the previous games I've played, too (most of the really overpowered weapons such as the Carpet Bombing and Super Banana Bomb seem to have been removed), and it's just big fun.
Any other Worms veterans here:woot:? |
Not free in the UK (and then I'd guess Europe)
I used to love playing Worms on PS with a 14" telly in Kosovo. Got 3d for PC years ago but don't ever recall playing it. |
"Oi, nutter!" :O:
Good times, good game, played it a lot on the PS. :yep: |
Played the first Worms game way back on the Commodore Amiga in the mid -90's. :yeah:
|
I have Worms Armageddon, Worms 2 and Worms World Party  Though I play Armageddon more and had it reinstalled. I'm happy to play some multiplayers once I solve this hosting issue somehow.

I used to love Worms 2 Open Warfare...
That game was fun... :yeah: |

If anyone wants to see what the most modern incarnation looks like, here's a video link from Hatfilms (the trio that makes the Minecraft trailers). They have a series on Worms going atm:up:. Worms is really one of those games that are as fun to watch as they are to play, simply because it's so wacky and skill-based and so much can go wrong. It's also the only game I've ever played where losing is as fun as winning :O:! |
Awwww. It's not free any more. :wah:
|
Yeah, it was only ever a temporary thing. It's pretty cheap as it is, though, and well worth the money if you ask me.
