Here's a first!
 

I have just started over with my SH3 install. I patched it with the 4 gig patch, which I have used many times before and I am now getting an error. " Incompatible sh3.exe found. Patches not applied. Anybody ever had that one before and is there a way to uninstall the 4 gig patch?

re 4gig patch do you mean the sh3 1.4 patch you have to download the right patch for your game dvd or download as well as usa/europe
is your sh3 the original 2005 release with the manual if its not its already patched to 1.4 sir salute

If it is the original DVD, you can not install the 4GB patch until you have first patched it to v1.4, and installed the nodvd patch, then you can install the 4GB patch.

Look guys I know that you are just trying to help me out. But it is pretty annoying when people dont read the whole post or dont seem to understand the post. I state in there that I have used the 4gig patch many times. So it stands to reason that what you both told me, I already know. Like the title of the post states, This is a first.
