Bad weather gear
 

In winter in the atlantic I would like my crew on the conning tower to wear bad weather gear all the time as I think it would be cold even if it was not raining( I look after my crew) any ideas what I need to alter to achieve this? Thanks

It looks fantastic in stormy weather out there in the North Sea & Atlantic. However you have to change the watch for them to wear it, but if it's not bad weather and you change the watch then they'll revert to fair weather uniform. It doesn't do it automatically.

I think it's a good immersion mod :salute:

Thanks, I tried this mod but perfered the das boot cloths, plus the watch officer freezes with this mod

Fact: your crew will not man your FLAK and Deck guns in bad weather gear.

If you can live with this - change the settings for Stormconditions (wind speed and rain) in your (C:\GAMES)\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Submarine\ NSS_Uboat7b\NSS_Uboat7b.cfg
(choose your own U-Boot type)

Change i.e.
StormConditions=11,0.4;max wind speed [m/s], max rain intensity [0,1]
to
StormConditions=0,0;max wind speed [m/s], max rain intensity [0,1]

and your crew will wear the gear "all the time".
