Question for TheDarkWraith

Good morning TheDarkWraith

First, let me thank you for all the great work you did in Sh5.

I have two questions for you.

First: In which program will I find the command for the dial (compass) ? I' m using the: NewUIs with TDC for SH5 by TheDarkWraith version 7.1.0. I'm now going back to the sh3's commands and there's a small conflict with the « crash dive command, the letter C » and your dial that uses the same letter. I may just put it to the letter V instead or just unable it. I know that it's not in the commands file. So, it must be in one of yours that you have created.

Second: Do you know if a IO_StrategicMap exist like the one in Sh3 with the Grid and the numbers, like AL63 or AM72 ?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

andredr, I'm not a proper substitute for TDW, but I can give you a quick answer to your first question: I presume you know how to use the options file editor for New_UIs (If not, go here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=199708) Under the Heading tab, you will find the hotkey assignment for the heading dial. Double-click on the subhead "Hotkey" and you will get a dialog box allowing you to change the assignment. You'll have to reactivate the mod using JSGME after you make the change.

I also thank you for your work. But I have another question for you. I've downloaded your: MarineQuadratKarte and install this one only and not the other mods. The grids look great. I can see the letters in them but I don't see the numbers. Did I installed it correctly in my MODS folder or do I have to install something else to see the numbers ?

Best regards

:oThis is very strange. Can you show Screenshot.

P.S. It is a graphic mod. You must see and the Numbers and Letters. They have the same Color of the pixels.

Illyustrator 03-16-13 12:45 PM

The first three or four (Zoom) are only visible Letters. But the following (Zoom) visible and Numbers. :)
