U-boat name

Is it possible to change your U-boats number? Mine is stuck to one number, even when I change sub, I found it in the games files before, but I cannot remember it now.

I'm not sure. I know that the numbers for the VIIA and VIIB are random, and that the VIIC is always U-69. It might be in the radio messages file, wherever that is.

It's in documents SH5 folder, somewhere...
You can change it, and change it after in NewUIs (if using it) via the fileviewer :03:

Every time I've reinstalled SH5 and the VIIC/41 mod I always get U-292.

Every time I play with the New Ui, my sub, regardless of it's type, is called U 021, can someone tell me how to get the options file editor viewer to change the name?

Deactivate mod, open fileviewer and at the right tab change hull number!
Then reactivate mod, and go in document/SH5 to change hull number too!
(can do the same for captain name btw)
