Editing/Adding Nodes to Aircraft
 

As the title says, I need help adding and editing nodes for aircraft, because TDW's GR2 editor/viewer won't allow me to so.

It just comes up with an error, that comes up every time I try to edit aircraft.

What is the error? What file are you trying to edit? You need to provide me as much information as possible, preferably a step-by-step procedure, so that I can try and duplicate the problem in Visual Studio's debugger. That's the only way I can try and figure out what I did/coded wrong :yep: Pictures/screenshots of problems are worth a thousand words :D

Ill have to wait until tomorrow because my SSD failed last week and tomorrow I get my New SSD, right now I'm on my old macbook but I cannot do much with it.

If you can remember anything post it. Do you remember the aircraft you were trying to edit? If so, what were you trying to do to it?

Also let's move this discussion to my GR2 Editor/Viewer thread in the SH5 Mods forum as that is where I would like all problems/praise/etc. of the app to reside :salute:

I justed used your editor to open any aircraft, more importantly, the Ju-290, but just opening, and any other aircraft but it just will give an error.

Are you using the newest version posted at post #1 of my GR2 Editor/Viewer thread? The current version is 1.1.363.1.

I can't help you if you can't provide me with any information. Don't just tell me it gives an error. You need to provide me with specifics like what the error said, when did the error appear, a screenshot of the error, etc.

Just before leaving for work, I tried openning the above mentioned gr2 and was able to open it with no problem with newes version.

I haven't changed/saved anything, so beyond opening I don't know - but it opens fine with the lates version.

I have opened just about every SH5 aircraft using the app without problems. I haven't found an SH5 GR2 file the app can't open yet. If someone does manage to find one the app can't open please let me know about it (doesn't have to be an SH5 one either) :yep:

I am hoping to get out to the shop today and have my Sh5 installed, So test this again, and at the time I was using the latest version, But Today, If I manage to get another SSD, I will get straight to testing this again.
