[REQ] Permission to script a few aircraft
 

I've been lucky enough to receive permission from Testpilot and rowi58 to script a number of new aircraft but there are a few whose creator's I've been unable to chase down. In line with subsim's modding policy, I'd like to make a public request to use the following aircraft models in order to script them and allow others to enjoy them in the campaign:

Wow, W-B, what a line up.
I wonder if we shouldn't modify our policy re use of other's work. People lose interest and/or move on to other work-games and there is no way to contact them.
I would propose a policy such that we consider their work as abandonware if after an honest effort is made to contact the creator of a particular piece of work who hasn't posted for some time (perhaps, say, three months), no response is obtained.
Credit, of course, must be given to the individual for the use of his work.
I have had similar problems obtaining permission and have not released some of my work for this reason, but retain the mod as a private mod in my installs.

Gerome and Trainer are not active for a long long time. Afaik Gerome gave a permission (primary for his ships) to use them by giving credits.
Afaik Trainer he would´nt mind if you script his planes by giving credit.
I know that is no permission only a little helping hand.

The line up belongs to rowi58 - they're all extracted from his excellent CCoM mod.

Both Gerome and Trainer have given me permission to script their ships and aircraft before so I'm hoping they won't mind me using their planes again, but it doesn't hurt to ask. I've also been bitten by misidentifying the author of a particular model before, so I'm hoping that if I've got the wrong author someone will shout out.

I'm going to open a thread about this whole process with some thoughts...

In short: I'm disturb by this requirement for permission.

Ten of the eighteen are Axis, so you may see some of them escorting you out of port...
