Camera out of sectors

I keep getting a "Camera out of Sectors" on a black screen when try to use free camera, and when I load into the game when underwater, My submarine is not underwater, when I saved underwater, and I spawn on the outside, even when underwater, and then when I use teleport into the submarine, I get a black screen, as you may tell, this stops me from playing the game.
Any Idea's on how to fix this problem.

Save the game at the periscope station when you're submerged.. I mean in the periscope view..
When "Camera out of Sectors" happens try to turn another camera view.. free camera, navigation map etc..
