Game doesn't use dangerouswaters.ini file?

Hi, I tried to change the Maxpingvolume and the Maxtimescale in the dangerouswaters.ini file but nothing happens.
I use win 7 64bit and had to mess around a bit before I could save the ini.file
so maybe I messed something up.

I have the RA-mod and a sound mod.

Anyone have any ideas to why it doesn't work?

This is due to Win7 virtualization. Look for ini here: C:\Users\*\AppData\Local\VirtualStore.
