USET-80 Failed

The USET-80 torpedo failed. I was about 300m deep, 4 kts, turning and trying to snapshot. Anyone knows why?

Also I have the LWAMI mod

There is a maximum launch depth for the Kilo's torpedoes. I think it's 250m.
