Keyboard Layout for SH5

Anyone know if there is a keyboard layout out there for SH5? I've seen what was in the on-disk manual on page 12 but it's not to size and difficult to read. I've looked around but no luck so far. Are the layouts from SH3 and SH4 close enough to use?
