Problems Relating to mods

I was playing Open horizons II a few days back, I was unhappy with the FPS drops in the harbor's so i decided to lower the graphics, and now the game does not work, I get a CTD when i try to load the save, my JSGME list

IX boat- enable when playing MG campaign

Realistic ammo amount for AA and deckgun
Seawolf's torpedo tweak
Small flags for warships
Sobers green spinning thing
Sub_Exaust_1_0_5 by thedarkwraith
Sun mod for OHII
Uboat_snorkel_1_1_5_bythedarkwraith

If the order is wrong, and causing the problems, please tell me the correct order, any help would be appreciated.

IX boat- enable when playing MG campaign <= I don't know this mod. I suggest you to use instead this one: sort of. IX BOAT MOD v1a

Uboat_snorkel_1_1_5_bythedarkwraith <= for what I can see from its thread, current version of this mod is v 1.1.0. Since you are not using any UI mod (why?), you could enable in its place NewUIs with TDC v 7.1.0 (which includes the latest version of TDW's U-boat snorkel)
