Best way to work with multiple "Mega Mods"

I have been playing SH3 using LSH3 5.1 for a few months now. I love it, but would now like to give GWX a try.

LSH3 5.1 comes with the JSGME thingy (not sure if I spelled it correctly), to install/remove mods, as well as SH3 commander, and several other mods, but I believe that they are all "adjusted" for LSH3

So my question is, should I remove all LSH3 mods using the JSGME thing, or create a completely new installation?

Can I have two different SH3 folders on the same HD?

Any opinions?

Jeff

I have 5 different SHIII folders on the same HD, ranging from the pure vanilla install all the way thru GWX Gold and mega-multi-mods.

A good way of running multiple installs of SHIII so that the careers don't accidentally get confused is to use MultiSH3. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...52&postcount=1
