cant get JSGME v2.6 to install only download

i have downloaded it but when i got to open it, it open using notepad. i want to set it up. Need help to figure out where i can just download it and install it with no problems,spend 7 hours so far trying to do this my self but am stuck

When you say "open it" using Notepad, are you trying to open the zipped folder that way? For that you need 7-Zip http://www.7zip.com/. Once you've done that the rest is easy.

thank u i downloaded the 7zip but do u know where i can download the JSGME v2.6 setup . The one i downloaded didnt work right what ever i did
