Event Camera Problem

I can't get My event camera.Here's what I tried: I went to SH4/data/cfg/UPCInitialfolder then opened GameplaySettingscfg and changed the line to read No Event Camera=False. Still no event camera. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.:hmmm:
