Can you cheat to get more qualifications

I came here many years ago when I was a regular player of SH3. Its great to see people still playing. I just recently started playing again. The question I have is I know there is a cheat for more renown. Is there a cheat to get more qualifications? Example can I cheat to make more people in my crew medics, machinists, and gunners before I get underway?

No need to cheat.
Download SH3 Commander and it is all there.

With SH3 Commander you can assign more qualifications and medals than Kplt. J.S. Balz could handle.

Giving qualifications to all your petty officers is not cheating. The qualification is what makes him a petty officer, and there is no such thing as an unqualified PO.
