Missing FuMO 61
 

Hello Kaleuns,

I want to play the 1945 version of the type IX C in single player missions and miss the FuMO 61 on the conning tower.

Is there a way to modify files to have to the FuMO 61 right from the start?

Editing the dates in Basic.cfg would be my guess.

Changing the .cfg was my initial thought, too. I added the "Balkongerät"- Hydrophone successfully, but failed to add the FuMO. I added the correct number of the FuMO, but it doesn´t display. Guess I have to play around with it a little!

Hi kurfürst,

i don't know with which kind of super mod you are playing. In Stock SH3, the FuMO 30/61/64 ist mounted in front of the turm, so you'll never see it. Super mods like GWX, CCoM or LSH3 (don't know about NYGM and WAC) have replaced the FuMO 30/61/64 to its correct place on the left side of the turm. I'm not 100% sure, but i think there isn't a single mod who does this in a similar way.

Hi Rowi,

I have GWX gold installed and finally managed to get the FuMo working by editing the .cfg files. For some reason, it is rotating inside the conning tower and not atop of it, as it was mentioned to be. Guess this was caused while working on the turm.dat files, sure I´ve messed up some things.
This thing will keep me busy during the Christmas holidays!
