reinstall sh3
 

I've just reinstalled sh3 onto a new pc with nygm3.6 and there is not as many messages as gwx, is there a mod to add messages to nygm, I have searhed but cannot find one, also is there a decent weather mod for sh3 please

What kind of weather mod are you looking for?

SH3 Commander has nice built-in weather features. I do not know if it is compatible with NYGM 3.6.

It is compatible with all major mods.

Make sure that you install Hsie's hard-code patch (download from his sticky thread) and the Stiebler4b hard-code patch (download from my signature, below).

Both contain comprehensive weather fixes, and the Stiebler patch is completely compatible, with minimal modification, with NYGM. (But read the documentation for both patches very carefully.)

These two patches fix a lot of the bugs of SH3, and add some important extra functionality, such as wolf-packs.

One of my favorites, but be aware that it does not fix any weather problems. It only lets you set up the weather at the start of your patrol, so it's not always sunny and cloudless when you set out.
