Die Another Day invisibility cloak could work!

I recently saw Top Gear: 50 Years of Bond Cars, and in it they showed that the 'invisibility cloak' in the 2002 Bond film Die Another Day could work, if the car was made out of Plasma TVs and Cameras.

I want one.

Yes it could... as long as the look angle remains static. This type of cloaking device would work best in situations where the hider is not moving and the observer has restricted line of sight...... But then most camouflage techniques work best when the hider is not moving and the observer has restricted line of sight.
