Where is the fog?
 

I've got SH3 back up and running with GWX3. I have Hsie's patch, Stiebler's add-ons plus a host of other mods. Everything seems to be working pretty well.

After installing the Hsie patch and Stiebler's mods I know there is a change regarding fog. I now get "Fog Sighted" notices from my WO but all I ever get is rain with varying degrees of heavy seas. Is there actually a "foggy" scenario where visibility is actually reduced, and if so is it a rarity? ? I've read other posts by players reporting this but I've yet to see it.
