Your favorite supermod?

Which supermod do you use and why?

I've been eyeing TMO but I'm afraid the extra difficulty is going to whip me senseless. :ping:

Pacific? TMO + RSRDC (which also somewhat tempers the difficulty of TMO on its own, by the way)

Atlantic? OM+OMEGU

Oh, and I know this isn't exactly relevant to the thread, but I didn't want to make another thread just for one question:

Do most of the supermods on here work with the U-Boat missions addon? I know most of them don't include any updates to the U-Boat missions themselves, but do most supermods still work without bugs alongside the U-Boat missions?

All of the current versions of mods are designed to work with v1.5 (which is SH4 + Uboat Missions). Make sure you have SH4 Gold or SH4+Uboat missions (if you own them separately) installed.

Thank you, good sir!

Now back to sending them poor sailors to their wet slippery graves.

EDIT: Oh, I meant to ask. Does TMO + RSRDC work with OM+OMEGU without a hitch? Or do I need seperate installations?

CCIP 10-26-12 10:13 PM

Yeah, you need separate installs. They're not designed to work with each other.

When installing RSRD over TMO in JGSME, I get a compatbility warning as it copies over some files.

Is this normal?

razark 10-26-12 11:07 PM

Yes it is. TMO has its own campaign rewrite, and RSRD overwrites those files.
