[WIP] Silent Frenchie mod for SH4
 

Hello folks. Just wanted to say that I am currently working on a mod for SH4 called 'Silent Frenchie.' It models the (fictional) exploits of the French submarine Surcouf in the Pacific during WWII. The player will play for French and later Free French Forces.


Edit: this mod may not be done for some time.

I am not going to lie, I find French submarines fascinating, even though they were unsuccessfull, hence I look forwards to this. I wish you luck, If you need help in scripting Flotillas, and whatnot, let me know. Cheers.

One thing that would be very useful is if someone who speaks French (I don't) would be willing to make a voice set for this mod and post it in this thread.

I would help, but when I speak French, it is French Canadian, infused with minor Spanish pronunciations :P What you can do is, if the French retail version of SH4 includes French voices, have someone send you the french sound files. I'm not too sure about that though, you would have to ask someone with much more knowledge in that.
