Hire him, but just don't pay him.
And make him in charge of waste disposal. |
:dead:
Second stunner in 24 hours. The first was a German kidnapper and murder who ten years ago had kidnapped for ransom and killed a boy, then got caught. The police inspector running the case thought that the boy was still alive but his time running out (suffocating in a chest), so he played bad cop and threatened the murderer - an obvious psychopath - pain by beating him if he does not reveal the place where he hid his victim. Note: the bastard was not beaten or mistreated at all. He became afraid and revealed the location where the dead body then was found. EU Human Rights Court ordered however that threatening him physical pain by beating him was violating his human rights, and that the German state should pay financial compensation for the psychological cruelty inflicted. In last national instance, this was agreed by a German court yesterday: 3000 Euros. The Human Rights Court had nothing to say on the extraordinary cold-blooded cruelty of the murders and the human rights of his innocent victim whom he had killed even before demanding ransom. The cruelty this sentence means for the parents of the victim and their human rights also were not mentioned by the Human Rights Court. :dead: Sick and rotten. The court I mean. The murderer anyway. |
Sure, ofcourse he should be given his job back.
Also reassing him to Costa Concordia and put in charge to personally clean the mess. After that he could be used in company training sessions as case model for awful captain. Still want you job back Schettino? |
Why isn't this guy in jail again? He killed over 30 people!

That is a very good question. Dereliction of duty should have a very high price when people die. Magic |
Make him walk the plank :arrgh!:
|
Technically he can sue for whatever he wants. I mean, people have tried to sue God several times in the past. Whether anyone takes him seriously is a completely different (and fairly obvious) question.
It's just another trick for him to get attention. That's what allegedly caused this whole mess in the first place, wasn't it: a stunt, a trick, a "look at me whoo" idiocy? I'm hardly surprised. |
Two points/observations...
1 He may yet find himself in jail and therefore be unavailable for work. 2 Who would book a cruise if they thought there was any chance of him being in charge aboard? |
