Following escort
 

Here would be a neat little command to have. "Follow harbor escort".
In other words when leaving base or entering base you could click a button and your Navigator would automatically start following the escort. I really don't know what all that would entail, just day dreaming a little. Thought I throw it out there.

Maybe you could also have an escort, umm, escort you when leaving/returning to base!
