Hello to you, subsim members.

I like the forum very much. It's very informative.
Recently I watched the film "Das Boot" and remembered that i played a game
called silent hunter in the '90. I thought there might be some new submarine sims.
I started playing silent hunter 3, which is very nice indeed. But with my hell machine of a
computer, I'd like to try the better graphics of sh 5. One can read
everywhere that due to the shortcomings of the release version it is a good
idea to install some mods.
Now I am on my way to install at least Magnum opus and the campaign mod
OH II and maybe the mightyfine crew mod. Hopefully this will make the
experience a good one :)
