SERIOUS LAG PROBLEM
 

I am experiencing lag when i use time compression.
At first i thought this was due to uekel's mtns mod, so i uninstalled it, to no avail. I then reinstalled the entir game, but is still happening. It can't be a mod problem, because it only happened well after installing mtns.
Please help!

Search for dx9 antilag, that should solve your problem. Sorry I can't link as I'm on my phone but it's easy enough to find. :up:

I've already got it, just don't know how to get it to reduce lag.

Put the 2 extracted files into the main SH5 game folder without using the mod enabler .
Set to these settings .

RenderAheadLimit=2
FPSlimit=38


Look for the shadow improvement mod lite version .

install with the mod enabler and put your in game graphics options shadows slider half way .

If you have catalayst control centre graphics then set anti Aliasing mode to Multi Sampl AA .

I can only add that AntiLag and Shadow mods are included in "Magnum Opus" (patch2) downloading package:yep:

You can also try (if you have MO or high-res Shadow Mod) to get a low res of the Shadow Mod.

oops turned out it was due to some files leftover from mtns. sorry for wasting your time.
