Good, it was a poorly designed (high risk, low benefit), poorly run operation.
You don't just evaluate an OP on the benefits if it succeeds, but also on the risks if it fails. |
An internal investigation clears the department head of wrongdoing. It's all very convenient. Big operations like that shouldn't be able to go on without the AG's knowledge and while I find it difficult to believe Holder really didn't know his lack of supervision at least shows that he is dangerously incompetent.
