what should i do?

Ok.. so for begining pls tell me if:

1) you installed corect the mod... i mean if after you downloaded the whole tdw ui package u extracted the corect folder, etc.. if u are not sure i have a video tutorial how to install tdw ui

2) did u tried first to play the tutorial from begining and after that to install the mod?

3) i sugest you to install only this mod for begining and after u will make the mod to work after that u can install other mods

4) i remember that i saw that you are patched at version 1.2 for the game so i think the problem is not from there

5) if you have the mod installed can you go on your computer on the path: C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\data\Scripts\Menu and see if u have there those 2 files for example?:
TheDarkWraithUserOptions.py
TheDarkWraithAutomation.py

I supouse from what u are described that is an incorect mod installation.. so if u don not have this 2 files for example that means the mod is not installed... so check this point for begining.

Something else.. i saw that you played the game with this mod before.. so maybe i can not understand well your problem.. what do you mean by menu cross bar problem?.. can you post a picture?. is something like when you enteryou can not start the game.. the menu lines is mixed one with other?

i have pop up-Save new journel entries, Save-navigation fixes,Save-supermarks, Save destroyed marks

But i moded correctly maybe, i think

it happend to me manny times in the past.. sems a corupt download file:

1) uninstall the mod
2) delete the mod from your mod folder
3) download again the mod from subsim
4) copy the mod (the fresh download not the old one) in the mod folder
5) install the mod

Before you install the mod do no modify anny file.. it is very important... if is working than u can modify the option.py or what you want.. but in the begining just install the mod.. the fresh downloaded mod.

i readed some old threads.. when he asked for a megamod some made fun of him.. perhaps from there he begin upset with the yankees..:).. and he was thinking that Tagor is american.. but in fact he is an rusian emigrant in Canada.. a brother of me:haha:... asian culture is very diferent from european or north american.. i have some korean friends from starcraft2 game and i know that usually they are very polite.. but they became upset quiqly if they think u make fun of them.. and also their english is ''special'' somethime... so in fact maybe was a bit of misunderstuding:hmmm:.. you saw at the end he was sorry for what he said.. and maybe the people that was making jokes on him made a little mistake too.. so now i think will be no problem.. anyway is very diferent of our common friend that was putted in ''jail'' manny time by modderators from here.. i do not remember his name.. the one that was impolite with stormy too.

i gave up, i reinstalled many times but still have same problem..

you redownloaded the mod again before reinstall? I had the same problem like u and i solved with a fresh redownload and reinstall.. if is not working maybe u should to make a clean reinstall of the game also.. but i am sure 100% that from there is the problem.. you can read the solution also here:

I had some friends that had the same problem and here was a solution:

1) unninstal the TDW UI... delte
2) redown again the TDW UIs
3) Enable the new downloaded TDW UIs and DO NOT TOUCH option.py

See if is working... church do not help in this case at all:)
