I want to start a new campagne with GWX and sh3 commander,I have this mods enabled:

SH3 is a game and anyone is free to enjoy it as he/she wishes!

As VonHarris said, so many permutations, it's up to you -if it works and you like it then good, you don't then work out what it is you don't like and I bet there is a mod for it.

H.sie and Stiebler + GWX means to me a realism oriented approach. Your choices make your gameplay more difficult and challenging. If that's what you like, great! If at some point you want to make it even more difficult you might like to try NYGM as your supermod.

We have so many good mods and modders that something new is always coming along.

Throughout your game playing you will probably be trying different combinations.

Hint every mod load that works for you make a screen shot of it so you can always go back to the ones that work

Well, I'm definitely not an expert but if I were you and into realism, I'd perhaps add lifeboats & debris V4 and SH3 Gen. With the first one installed, there'll be some castaways with boats and debris where a vessel sunk. SH3 Gen gives you some intelligence reports about enemy units including subnets and minefields plus a general situation summary and a unique mission beside the patrol grid.
