Andy Murray Wins US Open Tennis

I guess we can start calling him a Brit again :)

Andy Murray says his US Open win "means the world" and that he is relieved to have ended Britain's long search for another male Grand Slam champion.

Sat in pub last night and everybody was cheering for that other bloke :haha:

Nope, he's Scottish. I'll admit he's good at tennis but he's a mini Al Salmond and hell will freeze over before he gets my support.

Now Paul Di Resta in the other hand is a perfect example of GB working together.

He just needs to win stuff. Next season, better team?

Never realised he'd moved up to F1

Sorry, I was referring to a sporting Scot facing the rest of Britain, and not being dour.

No need to apologise, I knew who you were referring to...at least I think I do.

That's the one :D

It's kinda interesting to see who he's related to.

Yeah, I had no idea. The accent certainly doesn't link them.
