[REQ] LA 688 Class
 

I know someone made a 688 class submarine for v1.4 but I have v1.5 and it doesn't work with v1.5.

I was wondering if someone could make a LA 688 class submarine with the dive planes on the sail like shown in this picture.

It would be great if someone could do this and also increase the sonar significantly to cover an huge area. Seeing these submarines stay underwater to detect targets instead of looking out from the bridge.

If you could read it's an 688i class. Meaning dive planes are under the water not on the sail.:/\\!!

I've been using the 688i class since it came out. How did I not search for it??

He never made the 688 class for v1.5. Only v1.4 ONLY.

So that's why I'm asking for someone to make a 688 class that's for v1.5.

I've searched quite a bit. That's why I made this thread as my ending result. So please tell me how this is a useless post?

For a FLT1 LA class like USS Dallas, we must change the bow planes from the 688i to the sail, but we must have the premission this is the prob :(

p.s.it´s were nice when anyone made a FLt 1

First flight (and second I think) 688s still had retractable bow planes, but they used fair water planes for gross changes in attitude/depth. So realistically the only time you'd see the AoA of the fair water planes change is during Emergency Blows or Emergency Deeps

No they have no retractable bow planes and for emergency dive is it not importent (for a 688 FLT1 we must contact jhapprich he have made many A-Subs, have anyone contact with him???)

hello. this is a developers mod for the first Los Angeles Class variant. i will most likely not work on it any further, i actually intended to give you a base to start from. credit goes to dagon for the original mod, etrss for the us campaign conversion, the equipment and other filework, silverwolf for the interior and tomagabriel for the armament. the model of the conning has been reworked and textured by me. have fun

A minor udate with some corrections to the hull shape and all-new control surfaces.just copy it into Data/Submarine/NSS688i/and overwrite the old .dat.
