Mods for a newish player
 

Ive been playing SH3 for a few months now and decided i would like some mods to improve my gameplay. i dont want a supermod because that changes alot. Im going to put a list below of what sort of mods im looking for, it would be awesome if you could help. P.S i have SH3 commander.
1) A mod that allows a compartment to fill with water and wiegh down the uboat, but not make it sink, similar to flooding in SH4
2) A mod that gives the deck gun a purpose.
