Eagles ranked fourth from the top. That pretty much indicates a 4-12 season. :dead:

If I understand the list correct, then they believe that New England Patriots will win the superbowl - is that correct?

What does the number after the name of the team mean?

Is that what you will get if you placed 100 $ on that team?

So if I placed 100 $ on Da bears and they win the superbowl I will get 2000 $

No its be in not win. The Pats are the odds on favorite to get to the big dance. As for the numbers I think they are odds. If I read it right betting on the Pats will get you $450 for every buck you bet if they get to the Superbowl. The Rams are 10 grand to 1. :o

What I can't understand is how last years SB champs can be ranked ninth.

That can't be right. You figure you put 5 bucks on every team. That is 32 teams which = $160 bucks. No matter who gets there - even at the "worst" odds - a Patriots vs Packers SB - would net you $2250 for the Patriots and $3000 for the Packers for a total of $5250. That would be the LOWEST payout you would win. If it was a Bucs vs Colts SB - you would be looking at a $100k payday.... Either one for a cost of $160.

Now granted I don't bet - but something there just doesn't make sense. If this IS how it works - someone please tell me where to lay my bets! Its guaranteed money.

I don't know if that site will let you bet 32 times. More likely just once.

The second one is eaiser to understand for me stating simply that if I put down $1.00
for San Diego and they win the super bowl I get $25.00 back for each dollar I put down.

Not that I would gamble of course, but if I did you would probably have to do it in Vegas or somwhere like that.

I'm sorry, but there are actual odds that the Lombardi Trophy isn't coming back to Titletown? :arrgh!:

You mean Dallas? God, I hope not.

This seasons Lombardi trophy will be going to Gillette field to sit beside the other three. :yep:

They got the two quarterback playoff choke kings pretty far down there:

Tony Romo with the Cowboys at +2500
Phillip Rivers with the Chargers at +3000.

Probably better to switch the order though. Romo is THE CHOKE KING.

:)

Well, if we are going to be mathematically accurate and all it would be Pittsburgh, although the Steelers and Dallas are tied for the most appearances.
