He does do a good Joker, and Tara Strong does a good Harley. :yep:

In terms of laughs though...my favourite has to be Palpatine. It's more of a cackle than it is a laugh, but it's a good one. :yep:

Wow, never knew that. Im sure he was also in the Wing Commander games cut scenes if i remember right.
