Cant find these old mods
 

Hello,
Before Subsim went to the new download feature, there was a few mods that I found useful for Silent Hunter 4, one was increased ship traffic (which I found was fun, maybe not realistic but fun), another was the transfer of the command features from SH3 over to SH4 (hub and everything), and the last thing was the ability to set the depth of your periscope. Anybody know the ones that I am talking about and where I can get them?

at the time subsim added its download feature the main source for downloads was filefront but they started randomly deleting files and accounts without reason or warning so IMO half of the popular mods were lost forever and in the ensuing uproar modders learned not to trust thier mods to only one site and especially a for profit public site.

cant say what happened to the mods you are looking for, some mods only work on outdated game versions and wont work on the updated game or they may have been removed from the modded who got mad and took his toys away (it happens) so unless you can recall the actual names of these mods it may be hard to find reliable info about them.


hopefully someone remembers these mods and what happened to them.
