Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
 

When I first saw the tech demo for rising back in 09, I thought the tech behind it was pretty neat, and that it would be a good spinoff to the series.

When I found out the combat was akin to Devil May Cry, my interest died off. However, after seeing this:

I have to say, it's sure look nice. From what I've gathered, regular soldiers get diced through, while "cyborgs" require you to weaken them first. The whole slicing anything is definitely nice.
