Any way to fix this?
Loaded Historic Turm Pack, and now GWX flag&Pens_2010 wont work, is there anyway to fix this?

I'm not sure. I'm not very good at it myself. In your original post you said that 'Flags&Pens' was altered by 'Historic Turm Pack', but now you're looking at something that will overwrite the second one. Or are you trying to reinstall 'Flags&Pens'? I'm not sure which order you're trying to install them in.

I took out the Flag&Pens to install the Turm your way. Flag&Pens needs to go in last. If I install Flag& Pens the mod works but overwrites Turm, the 7C emblems will work but not the 7B. So the problem lies with the 7B overwite. Which I beleave is with the antenna being up and turning on the 7B in Turm your way. It is the only differance I see.

Any help to get these two mods working together would be forever grateful.

Would be easier of you posted your whole mod-setup.
But the only setup that i know of, that enables you to use Flags 'n Pens & Turm your way, is Aces compatibility Mods! |

I did find Ace's St. Nazaire Super Pens v5.1 GWX, and Ace's Super, Dupah, Woopah Turms Compendium (Super Turms V6) are these the ones you were talking about? |
Aces put all the Turms I did into his Mod.

When I try to place an emblem on the 9c i get this:everythig goes to the side and not all the way around?:06::06:

The Stock Emblems, or custom ones that use the stock-placement, will not work properly on turms-your-way. AFAIK, there is a folder in the Turms-your-way, that has modified emblems that work on the new Towers.
Here my Ace's/Urfish setup. Just so you have an general idea. Disregard the mods you don't have. Code:
