Well our rental bikes is not going to work due the risks which my boss is not willing to take as you plan to cross Europe and he wishes the bikes remain on our peninsula.

2nd hand you could write that off as well since here you need to be resident with official papers which is needed to have the bike put on your name which is then required for the insurance and the whole lot.

So... how will anyone know where I take this bike? Maybe I just want to ride up and down the peninsula for 3 weeks? :arrgh!:

Sounds like it's easier to steal a motorcycle than rent one there. I'll check out the place you mentioned, thanks. I can always rent from the gentleman in Wuppertal again, he doesn't care where the bike goes, as long it comes back.

I really don't want a BMW if I can help it...

Well, with the recent police checkpoints I've noticed of late where they stand at the end with G36 Assault rifles I think I would can that idea :haha:
I hope you'll get it sorted wherever you get the bike from, and I will join in on a day tour if you drop down south of Spain. :salute:
