A very distinctive actor, hear his voice and you knew who it was.

How could I forget Airwolf, one of my favorite serie.

Last time I saw him in a movie was in RED where he had a little supporting role

As a boy I watched him in McHale's Navy, and then a host of movies. Among my favorites were Ice Station Zebra and Emperor of the North Pole. He did a great guest bit on JAG a decade or more ago.

A good long life. :sunny:

Ernest Borgnine was one of my favorite actor. I just couldn't remember every movie, where he had a role,

So I search the imdb and found out that he have been in many movies and series. I haven't seen most of them.

Some of them I can recall but I can't remember what exactly happened in those movies

I even found out that there is 3 McHale's Navy

1964 Movie
1962-66 Tv-Series
1997 Movie( here has only some kind of supporting role)

(the other of my favorite is: Steve McQueen and Humphrey Bogart)

Wow this is sad news. Loved watching McHales Navy. I also remember him in Ragnar in "The Vikings" pretty good adventure film back then.
