A little help for the new guy?

I just got the expansion for SH4 and I'm downloading OM and OMEGU, and I'm hoping for some pointers and feedback. I'm a light modder in the SH3 fora, and I'm wondering if OM is the end-all and be-all of the KM mods here.
Also looking for some recommendations for mods to be tried.

I'm better at answering specific questions than at giving general advice. I'll try to address any specific issues you might have, but so will a whole lot of other people. You should be covered.

Not quite, but it is the best that's available. Most of the good mods for SH3 have never been ported into SH4, but with OM it's still a great game.

Sweet! Right now I'm trying to dig through the soup that came with OMEGU and figure out what it all means... Seems (for the time being) that the info for all this is spread out a little, I'm heading over to the [rel] for it now, see what all is there :D
I also ran into a fellow who removed all his posts, but left a mysterious web address behind, does anyone know what his mod did?
