long time lurker, just bought a new pc and decided to reinstall SH5. Can't wait to try out the hi res mods etc.

I came across this problem in a forum post somewhere but cannot for the life of me find it again. Maybe someone here can help?

My Map Tools are offset a little from my mouse pointer, the Protractor still works perfectly but the ruler is offset by about 100px on the screen. I'm fairly certain a mod causes this, although i dont know which one.

I'd originally installed TWOS pack but then changed to now run the Sobers mod pack. The problem is in both. Has anyone seen this before.

Also, I remember at one point the graphics were much better in some mod i had installed, is there any other environment mods out there that i could use alongside sobers modpack to improve the look of the game?
