Torpedo, Deck Gun, AA tweaks?

What are the file names and their location for adjusting torpedo explosive power and ammo count for the deck gun and AA?

I previously used Webster's mod for these values but am unable to locate it.

Flaks and Deck Guns can be adjusted in the Guns_Sub.sim and Torpedos in the Torpedo.sim.Both Files can be found in the Library Folder.
